If I could give a lower rating I would. I bought 3 units from them- 3 years ago. One started leaking this summer. Their technician came to fix it and said I could use the unit. The unit kept leaking and my floor was completely damaged as a result. For over 2 months I tried to get help from owner Perry. He would hang up, not return calls and gave me the run around. I have never been so poorly treated as a customer. Salesman Glenn is equally unhelpful. Stay away!!!
