He will stick his finger to your face and say "Don't ever, ever do that again, ever!".."If you need anything you just call me!" Werber Management does not care about its residents! It does not care about having a professional service that deals with its tenants! You will move there for all the nice things they say to you, and having a super who is available at 24 hours a day! It's nothing but a boat loads of BOLONI! When my lease is up, I am gone. I do not recommend anyone to rent an apartment from these jerks.

I am a current resident of Navon Apartments at 4052 75th Street. Let me start by saying the positive things about living at this place. It is very close to the E,M,F,R, and 7 trains. Inside the apartment the fridge and the stove works fine. The building has a laundromat on the basement. The heat is free and my apartment is always warm. The two ladies work at the management office are professional. Here are some of the negative things about living at this place. The building stinks from from to top. Including the elevators there is no air circulation on the floors and every day after work when you take the elevator, you will be smelling a dead dinasour's ars. The floors smell the same. There is an ongoing battle with the roach population in the trash desposal area. The management sprays the trash area and as a result all the roaches come to your apartment. Know this, there is no escaping from the roaches.
