Provided by YP.comI've had a good experience 2 years ago with my prescription glasses, not really this time.
The optometrist ("the doctor" as he is called there) is very nice, proper and courteous, but when I came back today after a week because I received my new pair of glasses with the frame temples down in an angle from them, and they were still uncomfortable to the sight, a lady that looks and sounds like a boss or one of the owners was rude to me. She won't even let me finish talk and explain why the glasses felt uncomfortable. She would point at "the fact that my older glasses (which I was wearing at the moment in case I had to return the new ones) were a much different thing than the new ones", when I never even mentioned the old ones. I had to ask to speak with the optometrist who came after a while, took my complaint very professionally and asked the technician man to adjust the frame temples one more time for me, after he did before the optometrist came with no good result.
Finally the glasses were at the proper 90 degrees angle (or almost) from the frame temples and I could see perfectly good, just like with the examination lenses at the optometrist room before.
I wish I had an altogether good experience as I did 2 years ago, but for next time I'll be looking for a different place.
