I just left that store so upset I'm shaking. I was returning an item at "customer service" and Rhonda felt I put my driver's license down to hard for her and proceeded to yell at me. It was quite a confrontation. The manager was only called to help her login and when I tried to tell her what happened, Rhonda talked over me. The manager was unconcerned about the incident, finished my transaction. What a horrible way to be treated, I was there for help not to be yelled at.
