Car was never the same after they touched the trans. It slips, delay when pressing the gas, does not shift at times, they don't honor coupons to the exact percent, they don't honor original quote of job, loaner vehicles are as bad as they fix vehicles, and so on. Don't trust all the reviews; some individuals are biased. Good luck if you choose these guys in Elmhurst, IL.

Great customer service and a job well done! Very happy with this company and the prices were better then expected. I brought my car in on a monday I was told it would be ready by thursday and to my surprise it was finished by wednsday with no problems since. Thank you King :)

Highly reccommend the Elmhurst location, quick sevice and quaility product.

my trans was shot so i took it to the chicago location. 1,200 bucks later it doesn't slip anymore but! it bangs when it shifts. feels like it's jumping out of the vehicle when put in gear. oh ya the one year gauranty. forget it i took it back five times without satisfaction. it needs an adjustment bull crap. they just try to string you along for a year .
