My husband and I thought we were going to trap a raccoon or an opossum. Nope, instead it was a skunk! I first called a place I had used before when we did catch an opossum. First you get an answering service that says they are 24 hours, then they call you back hours later, then don't show up for another few hours. It makes me sad that the animal has to stay in a cage so long. This time I called Carl. Easy to get a hold of and actually get to talk to him personally. He came out in an hour! The skunk was removed without spraying. Very reasonable pricing, honest, genuine. Definitely recommend.

Carl was very professional and solved my problem quickly. Very nice , easy to talk to very knowledgeable about wildlife.

I had a terrible problem with squirrels getting into my garbage, destroying cans, and actually acting in a menacing manner towards people. Not a laughing matter if you've witnessed that behavior, or if you have to pick up garbage constantly while dodging wasps, ants, and attracting other animals. I was very concerned about the squirrels getting into my house next. Carl came out the same day I called for help and started trapping them. I absolutely recommend him. He was so respectful of our concerns, and he worked with us until the problem was solved. He is knowledgeable, kind, fair, and professional, and is able to be reached by calling or texting him. Do not try to poison larger pest mammals or catch them yourself with rat traps. I am saying this as a homeowner, as a veterinarian, and as a mother. His fees are reasonable and his expertise is vast and impressive, and well worth not trying to do larger/potentially dangerous animal removal yourself, or risking causing harm to people, other animals, or causing these animals to die somewhere in your house, which could happen with poisons. You could end up with far greater problems, and there are reasons most other exterminators won't deal with certain mammals, unlike Carl, and so neither should you. Don't waste precious time, and get Carl over to solve your problem ASAP. I truly appreciate everything he did for us (and my kids miss talking to him and taking a peek at the critters in his truck). We had squirrels in the attic in the past and set traps ourselves to get rid of them. On this Saturday, I heard a strange noise in the basement. When I went down to check I found a squirrel who had apparently come down through the wall from the attic and then stepped on one of those sticky mouse traps. I managed to get a crate over him (sheer good luck) and weighted it down. We couldn't figure out how to get it out after that. I called 12 places from the phone book and didn't even get answers until I reached Carl. He was able to get to our home that day and removed the squirrel. I was very impressed that he responded to my call so quickly (on a Saturday) and actually came out and took care of the problem so quickly. None of the others I called responded until Monday. He also checked outside with us and gave us advice on how to keep more squirrels out.I highly recommend Carl for any animal removal problem.

I called Carl and told him that I had racoons/opossums in the roof over my front porch and asked him to give me an estimate for trapping and removing him. When I told him where I lived, he told me that the Village provided rodent control as a service of the Village. He could have charged me and I would have never known. He was very responsibe (out the same day) and came by every day for about four days. Then we stopped catching racoons and opossums. He left the trap in place a few more days and with no further catches he removed it. A day after that, we found a dead racoon under the porch and Carl removed it at no charge for me. (The Village doesn't cover dead animals.) Carl knows his business and I highly recommend him.

We had a family of squirrels in our attic. On the day I realized it, I called Carl who immediately came over to set up traps. He checked in with me each day to see if an animal was caught, set up fresh bait, and within 5 days we had secured the entire group/family. Carl was able to locate the entry access and while he could not fix it, he referred me to a contractor who could. The contractor is not able to make the repairs to our attic until the end of this month and Carl was happy to leave the traps as a precautionary measure until the repairs could be completed. Carl is very professional and I appreciated him addressing the problem on the day I called and extending the courtesy of keeping the traps in place until we can fix the problem. He charged a reasonable price and I would highly recommend him to any body.
