Called for an appt for Monday only to discover I could not attend. I called back less than 10 minutes later and the girl on the phone changed my appt to Tuesday as she explained fall hours change as of Nov 1st and she could adjust. I supplied my credit card to hold my spot. Tuesday came and I traveled over an hour with such excitement. I walked through the door and a woman met me stating she has no appt for me. She said all she sees is my name crossed off. I explained i traveled over an hour and she just stared blankly saying, sorry no appt. I get that mistakes happen, but small businesses and first impressions go hand in hand. Never will I step foot in there. Offering another day or even compassion is mute from this business. I even messaged the business and no phone call back....stay classy Ellicotville Salt Cave.

Relax in Ellicottville at the Spa

Ellicottville Salt Cave Halotherapy Spa is one of the most unique relaxing spas I've ever been. The salt cave is peaceful and calming. The spa is beautiful and I can't wait to come back for a massage and a hop in the sauna!
