Provided by YP.comRob was fantastic! I needed to upgrade my phone, and my husband needed to change his phone from Verizon to Sprint. We were in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes with all of the paperwork finished. We have spent hours at other locations and were extremely thankful for Rob's professionalism, speed, and knowledge of the plans to meet our needs as efficiently as possible.
