Wow!!! World Class customer service. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left. Siwan my salesman was great. He knew a lot about the car I was interested in. He never once over sold me. He spent a lot of time getting to know the kind of driver I am and the kind of car I wanted.

I have purchased my last three cars from Car Max. This being my forth I would say I am now a loyal Car Max customer.

This is a smaller lot for Car Max (I think), but the selection of cars were top notch. When I walked in the ladies upfront let me know they were very busy today, but if I wanted to walk the lot all the cars were unlocked and I could check them all out. They also offered to take my phone number so as soon as a salesperson was free they could locate me.

Another thing was as soon as I walked in they immediate approached me. Rather then me having to walk to them.

Once again Siwan was amazing. He is a car guy at heart and you can see his enthusiasm for it.
