I have had the hardest time with this office. I have been on the phone and emailing this office for the past 2 days trying to get them to give me my son's X-rays so that I can take him to a Pediatric Dentist (They are digital X-rays so all they have to do is email them to me). Very difficult office to deal with. They are not organized and do not know what they are doing. This is the second dentist I have been to that will not fill my son's cavities. Even though I called prior to the visit and specifically asked if they would fill my 5 year old's teeth. They said yes and when I got to the office, they charged me for the visit and then referred me to a different dentist. NOT HAPPY. THEY LIED.
