These people have had my car since June. It is now the end of October. The communication from Odell is horrible. At first he blocked my number, now he pretends to miss my calls and text messages. He has been giving me the run around about my car for the past month. Anytime I get an update is if I find a ride to the shop. On top of that he has an excuse as to why it is not ready every single time I come up there. I have spent over $4000 in the past few months on transportation and missing work. I would not suggest taking your car to this shop if you expect professionalism.
