Everyone I encountered at Hide-Away Storage, Ellenton FL, were incredible. The service was prompt, thorough, honest, and friendly. As I was in a situation where I had to suddenly leave Florida, they were actually concerned about me, as an individual. I had to return to FL to move my items to my new home, and Andy (Manager) made it a smooth transition. I am grateful to have found a safe place, with honest people, to store the items that meant the most to me! I give them the highest recommendation. Mary W. (Ohio)

Customer service was top-notch. We reserved on the phone and the local store called to confirm. When we got there we realize the space we had reserved would not work. They changed it with no hassle at all. Fantastic customer service and very friendly!
