Awhile back you called for a emergency and became the HERO. My daughter called distraught and feeling very alone to cope with a "skunk issue". She had a panic-moment about the condition of her one-year-old carpet. Without hesitation, I said, "Call Howard Simmons, maybe he can even com today." She called and he made did what it took to help. Thanks for saving the carpet and making the house smell fresh.

I'm writing to commend Howard Simmons, who has been cleaning our carpets over the past several years. He is an outstanding employee and often displays and inordinate amount of initiative. He is extremely knowledgeable and more than helpful.It's always a pleasure dealing with Mr. Simmons.
