Regular annual maintainence for my hvac without breaking the bank! Keep it cool and warm when you want it

I liked this company and the previous person they sent to conduct requested repairs, so I signed up for a contract, which gave me a discount on parts and services, as well as a yearly service. At the time of my yearly service, Moon Air sent two unfamiliar gentlemen to conduct it. They spent over two hours in my house, attic, and with the unit.



Up to this point, my unit worked properly and I had no issues. However their assessment differed greatly. They adamantly insisted that I need over $400 worth of work and parts replaced on my unit. They were unable to tell me specific parts, other than sensor and control board. When pressed for more information on what was wrong, all they did was provide my unit's model number. It seemed very disingenuous.



I proceeded to call a separate company (the company that installed my unit for the previous owners) to schedule a diagnosis with them for a second opinion. They found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit and saved me the trouble of unnecessary "repairs."



I would not recommend this company unless you want to spend money on unnecessary work.

I had an issue with my a/c. I was a bit frustrated that it was so hot and I had to wait till the following day to get them to come out. When they did though they fixed the problem on the spot and saved me some money by joining there discount program.They were worth the wait!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I contacted Moon Air when I needed a third opinion on a potential problem with my furnace. A technician was at my house in about 2 hours. Hector spent over an hour checking my furnace for the alleged problem. He explained everything he was doing. After determining that there wasn't the problem that I was told there was by another company, he performed a safety check and determined that I could use the furnace. (The other company shut the gas off to my furnace and said it was unsafe to use until I fixed or replaced the furnace.) I am extremely pleased with the service I received. Thank you Moon Air!

I purchased a heating system from Moon Air and was amazed at how professional Steve and the team were. They showd up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Steve took the time to educate us on which system would work best for us instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive unit available. 2 other companies did not even take SQ. FT measurements of the house or duct work and just offered the most expensive unit they had. I would recommend Moon to anyone needing heating & A/C work.

I can't believe in this day and time that there are still people who care about thier clients.

These guys provide a level of customer service I did not think still existed.

It starts with the way they answer the phone. It's fun give them a call if you are just having a bad day.

Then they arrived at my home on time and diagnosed my troubles.

I was given options to pick from and repairs were made right then.

The system is now working fine.

I was offered to join their club program that saved me over $100.00 on todays visit.

What a bargin.

I can't believe that I am looking forward to needing them again.
