Really nice place to live. The office is very helpful on any issues you may have. The pool is really nice when its hot. Our kids love it.

Ive been in Iron ridge apts for about 4 1/2 years

my experience since here has been great from

the rental office (Janice) to maintenance (Andre & Mark )

grounds and overall care of iron Ridge all well manicured good job

looking forward to another year here .keep up the good work.

Great place to call home . Rent at Iron Ridge you will like everything about it . The staff goes out of their way to make it a true home .

bad managment bad maintanence bad service ie i moved in almost a year ago yet i am still waiting for things to be fixed from when i moved in. My mother in law lives with us she is handicapped yet cant get the apartments to enforce the handicapped parking they have. mY MOTHER IN LAW ENDS UP PARKING ABOUT 30-40 SPACES AWAY. Have had a roof leak for almost a year causing black mold still no fix. my kids arent allowed to play on the playground nor are other kids ie managment says they make the playground dirty. Had the toilet fixed finally three weeks after moving in ie they were told about it not working when i moved in yet they sent me a bill for it?
