In my opinion, this franchise works by deceiving, confusing, and strong - arming the customer. Paperwork is doled out in shotgun fashion with instructions to "sign here". In response to our comments about the noise of their machines, the crew chief removed them before the area was completely dried, leaving mold spores (proven by a return visit by an industrial hygienist) which have aggregated my allergies. They also billed for work not done. When I sent a check to cover what they did do, they filed suit in court. We are 68 and 72 years old and didn't need to suffer their shoddy work and stressful methods.
