Provided by YP.comTwo star rating for now because this is my first time taking my bike to Cecil Custom Cycle. The owner, Dale, is responsive to calls and questions and he kept the shop open late and waited for me to bring in my bike. I left my bike in his shop for installation of z-bar handles, etc. After the job is complete, hopefully I will post a five star rating.
