they don't even deserve one star. They suck. Our orders is mostly never delivered on time because of them. I have to give them a call at least 3 times asking for my orders. I hate them seriously.

Horrible customer service! I expect to wait, I expect only one person at the counter, that's the norm here. So I allowed ample time and was in no hurry. Along with mailing packages, I also had to pick up a certified mail. So after waiting the usual wait time and transactions for my boxes, I was told to then stand by the door and wait to get assistance for my certified mail pick up. I was told that the people in the back area were aware that I was there. After a very long time (and no pressure from me) the clerk said, go ahead and ring the bell. Another very long time had passed, I rang again. After a total of spending at least 15 mins., A woman came from the back and crossed over to the opposite far end of the counter and yelled..STOP RINGING THE BELL, NO ONE IS COMING!! AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE!. I was shocked and let her know that I had followed directions, and yes, I waited in line. She never apologized and made me wait longer...never again!!! If I could give a minus star(s), I would!!

service at the elkridge postoffice has suffered under the parade of new managers. like all businesses that are not filling staffing postion, however nothing is perfect and if it were not for the people that walk in with chips on their shoulders and believe that it is ok for them to direct their bad day bad effect all the others around them, you could find the lack of comon sence that if demonstrated by the few employees that are left laughable. these same people that wine like babies in the post office can stand in other lines (number/lottery- bank-walmart) and not have one bad thing to say its the safety of know these people in the post office are easy targets and for the most part will not go postal that give these bullies male and female the cauarge to harase the clerks behind the counter at the post office.

I'm am so sick of the service provided at this post office. They always have a line of people and only one person working at a time. You will see other employees just standing around talking, but refusing to help. TERRIBLE WASTE OF OUR TAX DOLLARS!!!!!
