First appointment was a no show/no call. I waited all day and called around 3:00 but even Lowe's couldn't get ahold of them. Rescheduled for a second day. One of the women from the office called to say they couldn't schedule the appointment because they didn't have all the information regarding the refrigerator. I opened the door and read it right to her, she said the number was wrong. Finally they scheduled for a third day. Repair man arrived on time and was very nice. He fixed the part on the fridge but mentioned that he would need to order another part because he was afraid he damaged the part during repair process. Received a call today from office informing me that the parts would be $249.00. I have an extended warranty. I called back and the girl who answered the phone has zero customer service skills. She hung up on me after mocking my questions as to why I had to pay any amount. I called back and she hung up again after answering "WHAT". I called back a third time and Tom answered. This company is horrible to work with. I will never allow any of them in my home again. A family business that needs a real shake up in the office staff. If they had to work for anyone but family, they would be fired very quickly. Bad all the way around.

Absolute worst company I have EVER dealt with! Kept telling me my parts weren't there when they had been delivered 2 weeks prior. Tech finally comes out and said he has the wrong parts and has order the right ones. Going on a month now with no refrigerator or freezer and these people could not care less. Misty is extremely rude and unwilling to help at all.. not good qualities in a manager.

Meant a lot to have someone take the time for a senior.

My appointment was made quickly and the technician Lowell came to my home to inspect damage to my wall oven. He was very through collected all relevant information including pictures and forwarded directly to the manufacturer to speed up the replacement for me. He was very through and knowledgeable.

The service technicians that came to repair my washer were excellent. Daryl was the tech who came today. Very professional and courteous. The only complaint I have was getting the parts. The first time I was told they sent the wrong part , so then I had to wait another week. A total of 3 weeks without a washer is not a fun experience. But thankfully it is fixed now. Let the washing begin!

Avoid this company, if the warranty company wants to send them, request another! I have a dryer that broke and they were sent out to fix. Repairman was here about a half hour, said that he needed another part, that it would get ordered and I would hear back. 9 days later I had heard nothing. (New Years was in there as well) I called back the company directly and they said that the repairman closed out the claim. I told them what I was told by the repairman and the guy on the phone said that he was not there for that conversation and that there was nothing he could do. That I had to call and open up another claim. Extremely poor customer service and questionable business practices. I have been dealing with this since December 17, 2015 which was my initial call to the warranty company. Had another repair service come out on January 8, 2016. And of course they had to order a part. I have a feeling they will follow through though.

I would never call this place for service!

Washer is under warranty, so going through Lowe's.

Gave Lowe's all the info about model and problem. They set up appt. with this company. Was suppose to be here Dec.14th. Never called to say they weren't coming. I finally called at 3. Wanted to know model # and problem. Which they already had. Said they tried to call. I was here all day waiting. They didn't call.

Said it would take a few days to get the part and they would call to schedule an appt. to fix it. It's Dec.22, no call. I just called them. Well what do you know?? Parts in, need to schedule an appt. can't be here until Dec.29th. I guess they take a long time off for the holidays! It will be over two weeks without a washer because of this place! Hopefully, it is the lock that's broke on my washer since I had to tell them what was wrong and they never came here to check.

Was not impressed with these people,being told for service on Tues (7/28) 12-5 pm. No one called

all day,then showed up 15 min's late with lame

excuse We were busy =it only takes a minute to call to inform customer. I had things to do (being a bike builder) but I had to wait on a no show
