First off i have to say i have...

First off i have to say i have followed "Dr Campbell" to this clinic, He is a amazing doctor, i couldn't ask for more. The first time It took a while, but i thought it would be a one time situation. Well i went back in to see Dr. campbell yesterday, and after i seen the doctor the front desk acted like i was a criminal, I can't sit around in the lobby for almost 2 hours for the receptionist to give me my prescriptions, At dr.campbell's last place he work they were always on time, i could go in and be out in 1 hr, yesterday i had a apt at 11:30am and finally after i was getting aggravated and made a stink then they finally let me have my scripts so i could leave, need less to say i finally got out of there office at 3:45,
They need to hire more people if there going to book so many people, because if people keep getting treated worst then how i would treat a dog they'll never return.

Wow really? I . been a patient in excellent standing at revival pain management for 3 years. Because my husband and myself work full time i could not come for a unanimous pill count they sprung on me last week. The results? Dismissal from the program. I am shocked, scared and worried about the withdrawal symptoms. So if you do not have any other plans all the time, you can be at their mercy. Otherwise you are screwed. Again, what kind of a clinic would put their patients through that kind of anxiety, pain, a void, and the threat of seizures and serious withdrawal complications? Their ethics need professional and board certified evaluations.

very disappointed. Don't waste your time. I am 70 years old, have been to two other pain clinics in the past. But this one was much closer to my home, so I thought I would make an appt. First appt was at 2 PM did not leave clinic until 6:30 PM. I thought well it can only get better. WRONG. Second appt was at 3 PM left at 5 PM w/o seeing the doctor. There will not be a third appt. I can make the drive to Winston and be treated like an intelligent person and still be back home, in the time it would have taken to see the doctor at Revival.

Yes the wait is long, but Dr. Novembre is great. Yes they push the injections, but if they didn't think you needed them, they wouldn't mention them. I feel so much better when i walk out of there compared to when i walk in. The nurses all great! Yrs they talk but they are working while doing so and if you don't like it, well you shouldn't be listening to other peoples conversations. I have been treated with the utmost respect. I would definitely recommend not only the clinic but Dr. Novembre. The reason the wait is so long is because of all the patients they see in one day. If they were that bad, there wouldn't be so many patients. If you actually have problems and need help and relief, go here.

Wow Revival After reading your reviews I am not going to waste my time. Sounds like you need to straighten things out or just go out of business if you are not going to help people.

If you want to spend most if not all your day waiting to be treated like a drug addict then this is the place for you! If you have a legitimate pain problem and actually have a life then stay away! The place is pure chaos and the doctors act like they expect us "lowly" people to bow at their feet. I was originally scheduled to see Dr Campbell but when I arrived I found that he had "been fired" and had to see Dr Raines. That guy is out of touch with reality! You would have thought it was Sunday school instead of a medical appointment. He was focused on telling me my pain was due to "sin". And to think All this time i thought it was due to having my back broke in a car accident and the multiple surgeries that followed! The front window staff and the nurse I encountered were cold and rude. One thing I left knowing was that I am going to find a clinic that upholds professional standards instead of being a bunch of loons!

Bring cash , credit card, or visa to pay since they won't take checks. Be ready to take a drug urine screen at first visit. Be ready to wait a long time first visit. The doctor and nurse are friendly enough but support staff leave much to be desired. The facility is neat and very clean. They don't seem to trust their patients yet they themselves want to be trusted. (won't accept personal checks as payment) Most legitimate medical facilities that I have frequented accept personal checks. My condition is not a lot better than it was when I first saw the doctor. Be ready to answer the same questions and fill out the same form that you completed at the last visit; somewhat redundant, as a lot of time and aggravation could be saved just by the staff asking if there has been any changes over the past 4 weeks. I can't say that I would recommend this place but since I don't want to drive to Charlotte to the Spine Clinic and since the neurologist at Forsyth Brain and Spine surgery recommended Dr. Lee Campbell, I just see how it plays out. So far, no harm has been done except to my wallet and I have one more injection to receive. I'll come back and let everyone know how it goes.

Everyone at Revival Pain is co...

Everyone at Revival Pain is courteous and concerned about your well-being. After reading the first two reviews below, I can say that what was said is furthest from the truth. I have been a patient for 2 years now and have seen at one time or the other each of the providers. Revival is first and foremost a pain management facility relying on a multi-modal approach to treatment instead of most I had went to prior that just used medication. It was explained to me that due to those that just treated with medication, many patients were being referred to Revival (once their physicians lost their license to prescribe) and needed to be backed off their narcotics. This does by no means make them a rehab center. It is just another modality of treatment. Every provider is skilled and competent. I have seen Dr. Adams on a few occassions and must say that he is fair, kind and easy going but firm and thorough. I cant picture him "walking out" unless someone was just stubborn and insistent on having things done their way. Truth be told, in this day and time people go to a doctor with what they want already in their mind and will not accept any other treatment or medication. (I was one of them but after I relunctently accepted their plan I am glad that I did). Revival is not a place to go in and tell them what you want. You will get assessed and appropriate care delivered based on their education and expertise, not based on your wants or preference. I am glad I found them and am able to play with my grandchildren which is worth the world to me.

If I could give less than one ...

If I could give less than one star, I would! This place should be a rehab clinic, not a pain management center! The people who work there are rude, the Doctors are a joke, and the fact that they are still in business is unbelievable! My wife went there, and she was born with Arthrogryposis, and she was in several car accidents, We moved here from NJ, and all we wanted was a place to go to keep her on the same meds she has been on for the past 8 years, the same meds that professional doctors had her on. But from day one, they wanted her off the pain meds and on suboxone. Dr. Adams, the first and only Dr. we got to see there, came up with opioid induced hyperalgesia, without ever ordering,or seeing, and xray, mri, ct scan, or anything. You never even got to see a real doctor, it was always PA s you would see. My wife, with the help of NJ doctors ,got all the mri s, xrays, and ct scans and it still was'nt enough for Dr. Adams. He stormed out of the room, leaving my wife without meds for the month. He never even so much as touched her. This Dr. Adams should be disbarred, ad we will be pursuing legal action against them...DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! You will not be maintained on your meds, you will be taken off!!!
