I don't usually write reviews, but since I found Reeds by using superpages, I figured I'd write a review here too. We bought a very nice Amish made table and chairs a few months ago. The sales staff were very helpful and we actually talked to and bought from the owner directly. None of the staff works on commission, which was very refreshing since we were shopping elsewhere before and felt hassled a few times. The store was clean, had a large selection of tables and (what we were looking for) and Reeds let's you take home wood and fabric samples. That was all great, but the real reason for the 5 star review is that the table came in - was delivered the next day and looked great - but about a month ago some of the fittings around the knots on the top shrunk. My wife and I called Mr. Reed and you kind of expect to get the run around - but they were out the next day to check it and ordered a new one right away. I was very impressed.
