I came in with a family and trailer loaded for vacation with a problem on my 3500 HD Pick-up truck that was not able to be fixed in time for our vacation. The Kunes team figured out a solution and was on the road in a New 3500 HD in 3 hours. The Kunes team transferred the 5th wheel Receiver, Bed cover, and Gun safe and made it seamless. I have never been so impressed with a dealership and their staff! This is the place to buy from. They do not do the high pressure sales when you are signing. They give you their word and you can actually believe these people with their follow thru. This is the fifth vehicle our family has purchased from Kunes. One new car and four used cars. We got a great deal on the new car (Trax) , and every used car we have has been unbeleivably reliable. To me this proves their safety checks on used vehicles they sell is done right, and very thorough. Adam is our go to salesperson, and to say he knows all there is to know about the new and used cars on the lot would be a huge understatement. He LISTENS to what you are looking for, and then gives all the best options for you. He is also not pushy at all , which is the number one reason we have left dealerships in the past.

Anytime I call and let them know that there’s a problem with my vehicle I bring it in and they take care of it. Found out yesterday that there’s something wrong with my transmission. Thank God for their warranties. I have a special needs son and I need a bigger vehicle and because of them I have that bigger vehicle.

Generally I dread car salesmen and sales managers. But Chad kept it low key but still all business--in my favor. He freely gave me the keys to the car I bought. He let me drive alone. Onlike previous experiences where the salesman rode along and drove a pre-determined course (with no left turns...) I was gone a long time. (construction slowed down the test drive.) I wasn't hassled it about it. He did a worksheet to see if I was close to being able to pay. I could. Chad was very cordial and we talked about other things as well waiting for F&I guy did his thing. He was the ultimate salesman in my book. Not pushy, no turnover like I've seen in other dealerships. In conclusion, Chad is a real cool dude and I would ask for him again if shopping for another car. Even though this dealership is 40 miles away from where I live!
