I have been doing business with Crosby Auto Repair for the last three years. Dave Crosby and his auto techs, and Robin in the front office are as good as it gets. The staff of this business goes the extra mile to insure that your vehicle is repaired or maintained quickly and at reasonable prices for great work. Customer service is top shelf. Every time I run into the person that referred me to Crosby, I thank him for doing so. Great work by a team that you can trust, speedy service at reasonable prices. What more is there?

Crosby Automotive has been accomodating in every way for my family. If not same day service, the next day they accept our vehicles and work is done in a timely manner. They always provide a loaner vehicle when needed. I can't say enough about the great service.

A year ago I took my truck here and they quoted me one price and when the work was done the price was $400 more than the quote and I was told cuz they were slow, then they forgot to tighten my starter. Then today I took my Jeep in for a front end alignment and was told that I was missing a bolt from one of my front sway bars. I asked them to put a bolt in and they told me they didnt have any, and that they wouldnt do the alignment until I put a bolt in. So not only will I NEVER take any of my vehicles to them, they also let me drive home in an unsafe vehicle. THANKS!

Crosby's got me out of a jam. I was at the DMV for a driving test and my car didn't pass inspection because a tail light was out. The service writer was very nice and said she would see if one the guys could help me out. The mechanic dropped everything to help me. There wasn't even a charge cause it took only 5 minutes. The service writer just asked me to remember them when I needed service in the future. This is outstanding service in this day & age. You bet I'll be back!
