Have purchased 2 cars at Walters Auto Sales. I have always been treated fairly and gotten the "deal" I felt good about. Very satitsified wioth the oil change. No complaints. Walters Auto Sales staff was knowledgable, timely, and friendly. I was shown what I asked for and wasn't pressured in any way. They are nice to deal with and their Service department is great. Which in the long run is the most important thing in owning a car. It was a great experience. They even went out of their way to help me use a transferable certificate during my purchase process. I am very pleased with my experience at Walters Auto Sales and highly recommend this dealership if you are ready to purchase a vehicle.

I would just like to say that my experience at walters auto was the best car buying experience that I've ever had with a car dealership .I'm 32 and this is my 6 th time buying a car from a auto dealer and walters has been the most down to earth hassle free no pressure buying experience . I would just like to thank all the staff there at walters auto for the great car I have now. Thanks guys

I went to Walters hoping to get into a vehicle better than my own, but I was turned down by everyone else, Walters did not turn me down and also got me into a very nice vehicle! I will recommend Walters to anyone looking for a quality vehicle, Walters is a fantastic choice!

Advertise they BHPH and can get you financed (bad-no credit, repo, divorce, etc) all over.. LIES.. read reviews.. I honestly believe they only agree to finance those they know will default and take down payment and any payments you make to get the vehicle back.. My fiance' and I went to the Elkhart lot and we had a trade in and $5k in cash to get something better than the trade in I had.. brought paystubs to a place I have been working for 10 years at. The salesperson said his finance company (out of state) couldn't get a loan on anything in his lot without a cosign.. Credit rating is 562.. We went down the street to another car dealer and were instantly given $17000 loan with the same credit check and $1k down payment.

One of the worst places to buy a car i spent over 14000 on a car there and only have problems and the staff are no help. I even have it in writing that they would fix it. Means nothing to them they do not call people back, they are rude,and after the sale it is like they don't know you. I know used car places take advantage of people but walters is the worse i have come across from top down. I have to talk to different people almost every time i call so many quit. I finally take to the GM and he is just as bad . Don't waist your time like i have trying to make them do what is right.
