I had storm damage to our home, they came out and promised me a better roof then I had (I had a 30 year roof last replaced 2 years ago) to cover my deduc. and upgrade my siding. What I got was a 30 year roof, and worse siding then we had, they did not even replace all that the insurance co paid for.(I marked the siding before I left for work) When I talked to the owner, Tim he yelled and screamed, and he threaten me. The workers showed up three days late, and damaged my gutters and siding. This whole experience was a nightmare. I have since had a wonderful company Elk River Exteriors help me out redoing the work that was done, I had to play for this out of pocket. This company is one to stay away from!!!
