I had based by call on the other reviews and was very happy with his service. He was on time, professional and effective. Doesn't try to upsell the service call just gives the good or bad news.

I called this morning about my refrigerator. Gary was able to come out this afternoon. He quickly identified the problem and had the part to fix it immediately. I felt Gary was knowledgeable and efficient. I was very comfortable with the service, and would call Gary again if I have an appliance issue.

Called Gary last night at 8:30pm for a washer issue I was having. He called me back 15 min later, clearly after his business hours, how cool is that! Scheduled an appt to be at my house at 9:00am this morning! He was on time and extremely knowledgeable. The prognosis wasn't good for my washer, but Gary was honest about it and told me I would be better off financially to look at replacing instead of repairing. How many repair guys will tell you that?? He was polite, considerate and concerned about my issue. Thank you Gary!! You have earned a new lifelong Customer.

We are extremely pleased with Gary and The Appliance doctors for fixing our dishwasher within an hour after calling. It was also a Friday before a holiday weekend and I think I am safe to say we would not have had this completed until Tuesday had we called anyone else. He was very personable and his rates were reasonable. He is also fast and knowlegeable. Many Thanks!!!!!

I had trouble with my refrigerator on a Friday. I called Appliance Doctors and within 1 hour I had a service professional at my house. The technician was able to get the fridge to work without any parts. The best part... He told me exactly what he did and that I should watch it to make sure he fixed the problem because he didn't want to "throw parts" at it making it an expensive trip. Result to me... No charge. WHO DOES THAT??? I WILL give them my business again and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who prefers an honest repair person. I am so impressed.

Gary was very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend this man or his company to anyone. Keep looking for someone else to call.

Based on positive customer reviews that I'd read, & the desire to get a noisy fridge repaired before a long holiday weekend, I called Appliance Doctors.I was very pleased to find Gary was able to make a service call the same day I requested it. Gary arrived in the time span he stated & once he had the opportunity to inspect the fridge, he seemed to be right on target with his diagnosis of the problem(s). Part of which was of my own doing [bent fan blades while vacuuming to remove dust from backside of fridge] & part of which was beyond my control [a clogged drain causing puddles of water on the floor.]Within less than an hour, the noise & water issues were repaired. As of this writing, it's been 2 days since the service call. So far so good --- no more noise & no more water. I was very pleased with the prompt resolution to these problems & especially pleased with the a most reasonable price for the fixes!

I recently called Appliance Doctors to help fix my refrigerator at a rental property I have in Maple Grove, MN. I leave in Des Moines, IA so I always freak out when something breaks at my rental home. The team from Appliance Doctors was able to check it out the day I called and they were very honest with what was wrong. It was a very simple fix and they charged me a small amount to fix it. With me being 4 hours away, they could have easily lied to me and said I needed major repairs. There are so many bad businesses out there that are not honest, but Appliance Doctors is not one of them. I would trust them again to fix other repairs within my rental home.

The technician that repaired my washer was very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company!

didn't call to let me know they would be 1.5 hours late for repair appointment. dryer worked fine until after they came. they said the dryer was broken when the work order was stated to be the washer and still not sure the washer was ever checked. after both were determined to be broken a refurbished washer/dryer was purchased from appliance doctors and after cleaning the filthy machines so far the washer spin cycle doesn't work and the dryer is having a difficult time drying the very wet clothes

I used Appliance Doctors to fix a fridge that stopped cooling, but I paid the price. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and said it was just insulation that wrapped around the fan. However, he claimed that the fan depleted the coolant, which was a $225 fix. 2 weeks later, same problem. After avoiding me for 2 days, he returned only to do the same fix. Even after 2nd fix, same problem AGAIN 2 weeks later. I then had a reputable company out and they called Appliance Doctors a liar. The fan motor and the coolant system are unrelated systems and there is no way one could damage the other. What's worse, when the "Appliance Dr" tapped into the SEALED coolant system he did it improperly and created the problem I now have. The fridge is ruined and I am taking the them to court. I figure they will be out of business in the near future given their incompetence and complete disregard for customer service. Shame on you Appliance Doctors! When he did arrive he quickly diagnosed the problem and told me that it was just insulation that got wrapped around the fan motor. However, he claimed that the fan motor depleted the coolant system, which was a $225 fix. Two weeks later, the exact same thing happened so I made them return and they did the same fix. This time, I took off work and sprinted home to meet the technician. When I got there and waited no one arrived. When I finally talked to their dispatcher he said "oh sorry, didn't he call you? He went home for the night." They never diagnosed the problem to begin with. Even after the second fix, it did the same thing two weeks later. I have since had a more reputable repair person out and they called Appliance Doctors (Appliance Drs - St. Paul) a liar. The fan motor and the coolant system are totally unrelated systems

We used these folks for a dryer repair job.I was very impressed with the serviceman who did the job. He was very professional, pleasant and knew his stuff.I would call them again!
