I have been taking our dogs to OAH for over a decade now. They are reasonable, honest and excellent at what they do. They have and will always be our top choice in vet care. A+++

We have brought all of our pets to this animal hospital. We travel a bit further from home because of our confidence that our pets are getting the best care possible. At Oakton, you know they care about your pet and pet owners. I also feel that they are up on the newest technology and treatments.

Stay away from this Vet ! I was given a verbal estimate on the phone for dental work on my dog . Brought him in for his exam . The price shot up . Went over an estimate with Glenn Ephriam , went to leave they held my dog in the back . Had to pay a bill , no problem . I was told this price would be deducted from the estimate . Kept the dog on antibiotics for a week . Called to make an appointment , he put it off for another week . Took him in for his tooth extraction and was told that the first payment is not deducted from the estimate . This man was smug and talked down to me like I was stupid . The price doubled from what I was quoted on the phone . Just BEWARE !!!

Bullseye is our rescue Border collie mix and he is a handful. The staff and Dr. Ephriam have been very patient and compassionate despite his unruly nature. The entire staff have been invaluable to our family with all services from grooming to his annual visits.

Our family has been coming to Dr. Ephraim for over 25 years and have had ALL of our dogs here. We travel very far to bring our two dogs here and we are at OAH monthly for nail trims. We will not let anyone else touch my dogs. We do not trust anyone with our dogs love the doctor, love the staff and always have a good experience. Dr. Ephraim cares about you and your pet and he explains all avenues of treatment so you feel educated. We see the Dr. for everything from yearly checks to serious conditions and you do not know your vet until you go through a crisis with your animal. Dr. Ephraim and his staff recently helped our family through two difficult surgeries with our Doberman. I can honestly say that we would not have been able to deal with the surgeries and the aftercare if it wasn't for OAH. We trust the Dr. and is staff is superior. He also keeps up on new technology and procedures and is very thorough. My dogs love him and so do we!

I don't even know where to begin. We've been going to Oakton Animal Hospital for 25 years and have nothing but praise for Dr. Ephraim and his staff. They've always been kind and compassionate. Over the years, we've ran into some difficult situations and Dr. Ephraim has always been honest and very informative. He's always spent as much time necessary explaining in detail the options that were available to us as well as, the pros and cons. We always welcomed his opinion and have always gone that route and have never been disappointed with the decision we made.Here's a perfect example: Just a few weeks ago, our 12 year old border collie became very ill. She was lethargic, she could barely walk and we thought we'd have to put her down. After a blood test and X-Ray, we came to find out that she had a splenic tumor, it was huge. After consulting with Dr. Ephraim, we decided to go ahead with the surgery. Everything went just as planned and we couldn't be happier.

Before I visited this Vet, I visited OaktonAH (com) and watched the YouTube Videos I learned a lot before I brought my dog, Tippy, in for his rabies shots and checkup. I really felt like I knew what to expect before I walked through the door. Tippy seemed to like him and got a really good checkup from nose to tail.

I've been taking my 12 year old lab Ripley to Oakton Animal Hospital for 11 years. Dr. Ephriam and his staff have always taken excellent care of my dog and I reccomend him to all of my friends and neighbors and anyone who reads this!
