Al from North Town Home Services came out last week to repair the hinge our son broke on the refrigerator door. He had the part we needed right on his truck. He was very professional and knowledge. I will recommend North Town for their fast service and friendly staff!

Fixed my fridge the same day I called in for service. Explained everything so I could understand what he repaired. Definitely will use again.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES:

As evidenced by 100% of these reviews, this business is a complete ripoff.

Very expensive, they guess at the problem and want to charge for additional service when they made un needed repairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The service we had to our viking dishwasher and stove was good and the technician Joe was nice, knowledgeable and explained things about the appliances we didn't know. We were told the call would be $99. for the first appliance and $55. for the second. That money is NOT applied to the repair costs. We were told we would get an estimate for the repair but the technician went ahead and did the repair with no approval or pior estimate. We recieved an invoice with no breakdown of the parts & labor. When we asked the business office about the repair costs, and the cost of the part we were treated rudely and were told it was a flat rate for all repairs. The part was $170.00 and the labor for 1 hour to do the repair was $255. plus the $155. service call (to come out for 2 appliances) we were given a bill for $576. We think $406. for one hour of labor plus the service call fee is excessively HIGH. We were told by the business office that everything is a flat rate. We were really disappointed at how the office people and the manager Matt rudely treat thier customers on the phone when they dare to ask questions making the customer feel uncomfortable asking reasonable quesitons about how they bill for thier services and what exactly flat rate means and how they arrive at that figure. If we can find another viking repair center we will not be back to North Town again.

The Technician and service was fine, but they are amazingly expensive! i would never use them again!

Al, the guy who serviced my viking refrigerator was not very good. I could tell from the beginning how roughly he handled everything that he was not very careful with the unit. But I had hoped that he would at least diagnose the problem well, but I don't think so. He told me I needed to replace a fan, when the problem really was that the drain pan was not sitting properly. And he was the one who put the pan back wrong after he replaced the fan! And Jessica, the office manager was only defensive when I told her. So I do not think they have good customer service either.

Unless you want to pay $300 for a 1/2 hour service call, I would look elsewhere.
