I had a laser printer that died and I called this company on a Saturday...they actually answered the phone! They took all my information and promised to call me Monday am - and they actually did at 9am to update me on the situation. While they were not able to service my particular printer, Lindsay was so very helpful in offering alternatives to my situation. She also provided 2 different new laser printer options after I asked if she could recommend a new one for me. I am in the service business and know a good service provider when I encounter them...Lindsay didn't get any business from me but was more than willing to assist me with a replacement. I would, or I should say WILL recommend them to anyone that needs printer repair or service.

We called these guys on a Thursday morning and they had our dirty old Zebra printing again.. good thing too because we need it! would definiately use them again

I had a laser printer break in my office and called laser service to come out and fix it, they came out in a timely fashion, identified my problem and showed me ways to maintain my printer. i will use there services again in the future and recommended them to others who are in need of a good repair company.
