Unfortunately, I would give this group an F rating. Approximately four times they missed my pick up. When I called, the asked if it was out by 6 AM. It always was, but they claimed it was not. They claim they have a system to record what time they were here, and the time was accurate, but the drivers claim it was not out. Even after I cancelled their service, I received a bill for the two months remainin and three extra months with no credit for the last missed pick up.. When I asked speak to a manager, I was told I would receive a call. It never happened. When I called back, I was put on hold. I am a corner house, with my address on one street and my drive on the cross street. Even so, I have had this service for several years, they should be able to see the driveway. I brought them two customers when new neighbors moved in, and they never miss the drive directly across from me. I would not recommend them..

no empty promises like other haulers. they delivered picked up when they said they would. great customer service
