I called around to many different shops when my washer machine broke. I explained the problem, which I knew had to be fairly common because many different people online complained about the same issue and none of the guys I spoke with admitted to knowing what I was talking about. All they did was tell me they would have to come out and take a look at it and of course charge $60-$80 to come out and one guy even told me an extra travel charge of $60. Well once I heard about the travel charge I thought I would find someone close to my house and avoid that charge. So I called the Elk Grove Applicance Service and once again explained the problem and that I thought it was common and so on and to my delight the gentleman told me what he thought the problem was and then proceeded to tell me that I could fix it myself and save some money. I took notes as he went step by step with me on how to fix it. He was right about the problem... I fixed it and I saved about $250! I am very thankful for his help and I told him if I couldn't fix it and did in fact need someone to come out I would gladly give my money to him for he at least tried to save me money to begin with.

I have used this service company for over 17 years and they are always friendly and you can't beat their prices! They have a beautiful new appliance showroom on EG Florin Road.



The Service Manager Tim recently said to me, "If I can't send one of my techs to my Grandma's house, then I can't send them to one of my customers."



I wouldn't call anyone else! Suprised to see a poor rating from Stewart20. Looks like the owners are trying to make it right though!

Do not use, old guy is just onnery and service prices are higher than the regular Maytag store
