Very unprofessional. Constant calls of " We don't have paperwork" when personally delivered. Very rude over the phone when asking questions. They said they have 20+ years of experience, the first time paperwork was lost they blamed it on a new worker.

NOT confidential! People before me left. They used their paperwork to show us an example but never covered up their personal info!

when asked how much was total of bankruptcy said "that's not a lot of money why cant you pay it off? " over all i had a bad experience
