I would give 0 stars if I could because I am very dissatisfied with their service.I went to this store in June and brought in a bike trailer in very good condition. They offered a fair enough price but ONLY in the form of store credit due to over stock. Their policy states that you must keep your receipt to use store credit. However the receipt is printed on thermal paper so the letters and numbers faded away and is no longer able to be read. So they will not honor the credit. Seems a little shady to me. I will not do business with these people ever again. If you have store credit with this business, use it at the time you trade in items or keep your receipt in a very safe place away from the heat if you plan to use it.
