Finding an HVAC contractor is often next to impossible. Randy was there to answer his phone every time and arrive when he said he would. Although parts prices are astronomical, his rates are reasonable and his willingness to go the extra mile (and work through the weekend) made working with him a pleasure!

To Whom It May Concern: We had the unfortunate situation of no heat. We used another service provider and after many service calls and charges the heat still was turning off and it was cold last week. I contacted JR'S and was happy to have Randy come out . He never gave up and was sincere in fixing the illusive issue. It took a few days but he stayed until we had heat and came back the next day when we were without heat. He was respectful and treated our home with respect. Not only did he fix the problem and yes we have heat he will definitely be our serviceman in the future. We will tell our friends and neighbors about JR'S. Thank you for having such a wonderful service man who we can trust and depend on... Sincerely Brooke Gross

This will be the second time that I contracted out Randy's services, but this time I used him to service one of my rentals. I was so not in a state of stress when I called Randy, because I know that he is honest and his rates are very reasonable. This is what Randy does: He comes and fixes the problem without.... hounding you to purchase a new system, without charging you for services that you don't need, and without crushing your wallet. So don't roll the dice with the other guys; just call Randy.

Randy at Jr's was very responsive to our desperate call. Despite being in middle of a heat rave and I'm sure very busy (like all the other contractors I called) he managed to squeeze a service call in the same day as he had another job close by. He was very polite and patient to explain the problem with our unit. It was a rarity to see such honesty and could tell he was very conscientious about the bill. I will definitely keep his number on file and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anybody else. Thank you Randy.

It can be a stressful thing to call out a contractor for you A.C. / Heating unit. Can I afford it? Is the contractor going to honest? How long will I have to be without my heat? I found out that Randy from Jrs Heating and Air is a very honest person. No high pressure sales tactics, and no selling things and parts you don?t need. In short he just gets it done at a very reasonable price. Randy did come out between the hours of three to 4:00 P.M. ((Just like he promised)) Not like other companies who tell you they will be there from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Good luck with those other guys. Randy is honest, very reasonable, and very trusting!!! I had three estimates from three different contractors. All of the contractors condemned my unit and then they wanted between 7 to 12 thousand dollars to replace it. Then we called Randy (thank God)!! My unit stop working due to a faulty thermostat. In addition he did a whole unit inspection and fixed a few minor components. His estimate was free. I was only billed for a few hours of labor. Randy was one of the most helpful people out there. He worked with us on our budget, he took his time and didn't cheat us like other businesses tried to do. He really did a fantastic job and he knows so much about the business and what we need to do that will save us time and money in the future. Our furnace was broken badly and he took his time and fixed it properly, and on time. I'm really glad we went with JR's Heating and Air Conditioning you can trust him completely. I would Highly Recommend him to you!
