Provided by YP.comI have had really poor experiences with Jiffy Lube in the past, but we were in the neighborhood and hoping to get an oil change on the way. We took our 2015 Dodge Caravan into this center for its 10,000 mile oil change. We were told the cost would be $110. Their reasoning is that the "new vans need synthetic oil, which costs a lot more". This was beyond ridiculous, so we walked out. They tried to "discount" it to $85. Nope. I called the Dodge dealership, and they told me that this is COMPLETELY FALSE. The newer vehicles only need conventional oil unless they are high performance vehicles, which a van is not. He said they would only recommend synthetic on a van approaching 100,000 miles, and Jiffy Lube's quote/explanation was outrageous. They've lost all future business from us.
