I have been with Barnes Exterminating now for almost 2 years. My wife and I used them back in the mid 80's or so and they were great. This go around has been much different. We had them perform the termite protection on our home. Everytime they said they came out and checked the bait stations either they had not even been there or they didn't check them all. Most people assume they will do what they say they are going to do, but in Barnes Exterminatings case....BEWARE.....The last time I called was today and they told me that they did not move the mulch back to check the stations. New to me...they had in the past when they actually checked them. Me personally I will NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone about my experience. It was money wasted as far as I am concern.
