I was at this Rite Aid yesterday. I live by here and they are always slow. i went in for 2 drinks. As i walked in, a woman with a baby in a baby carrier rushed out angrily. Ok, weird. So i grab my 2 drinks from the cooler and stand in one of the two open lines. The lady comes back in screaming, at the 3 employees behind the register. I heard her say that they were completely unprofessional, which proved to be true. After waiting an extra long time, while the employees behind the cash register discussed the situation, laughing and calling the lady "psycho", I left. I was appalled at how they were talking and ignoring the rest of their customers.



I will be contacting their manager.
