I met with Sue twice to do minor alterations on my wedding dress and she was very unprofessional. I was driving from Columbus to meet with her for an appointment and she would text me at 9pm the night before our appointment (AFTER talking to me earlier that day and confirming our appt) that we would have to reschedule. She had my dress for over a month and when she did not show up for another appointment, the week before my wedding, because she was "busy and would have to reschedule" I told her to just give me my dress as it was and I would find someone else. In summary, she has caused me nothing but a headache and an inconvenience. If you want to save yourself the headache, get your dress altered somewhere else!

I have had numerous items altered and repaired, including a few prom dresses made for my daughters. I thought the staff was friendly and charged a reasonable rate for the work done. They seem to care about doing a quality job and not just rush it out as soon as it comes in. I highly recommend Forche's Custom Sewing and will continue to go back!
