The service that was provided to me from Loving Care was exemplary. Mr. A. Loving is a knowledgeable A/C and heating professional. He made sure that I understood everything that he was doing. Mr. Loving also showed me all that he was doing. He even took the time to explain to me what type of test he was running that will show the defining factor of the problem. I was told what repair option was my best choice. The option of repair choice was solely left up to me. I love the fact that I wasn’t being forced into a repair option that did not fit my budget. The best part of the entire experience was that Mr. A. Loving was an HONEST person. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the service of his company to my family, friends, people of my community and people that are looking for a REPUTABLE company to service their homes and or businesses.
