I called Ortiz to have a garage door opener installed. Ortiz said he was going to be busy until Wednesday of that week so I waited Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There was no call and no show. I only called Ortiz because of my physical limitations, it is an easy job that anybody could do in half an hour especially if they have experience. I cannot lift more than 2 lbs. per hand but I am going to show Ortiz and any other company out there that people call them for a reason, not that they do not know how to do that job. I will do the job myself even with my limitations. I know how to do it after all the opener being used right now was installed by me 24 years ago (not bad ha) and it is still working I just needed to upgrade. Thanks for nothing Ortiz and I'll never call you again. The garage door opener was installed by me a partially disabled person. Installation was super easy and my hardest job was how to lift a garage door opener motor with a 2 lb. restriction on both hands. I just put it on my head and then put it on a ladder.It is working great and it is super quiet.

I called for service on my garage door, they arrived in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed FAST! VERY REASONABLE RATES!

The guys were super nice and very helpful. They did a great job fixing my door so I didn't have to buy a new one. They showed me how to use the openers and answered all my questions

Someone hit our garage door on a Sunday night. My husband popped the dent out and repaired it enough so we could open and close it. Less than 2 weeks later the garage wouldn't open or close. Thank goodness the cars were already out so we weren't locked in. I called around and spoke with one of the Ortiz technicians. They were able to come out the same day and gave us a reasonable price. Ortiz was familiar with our HOA's rules and was very accommodating with providing us with information needed to obtain the HOA's approval. Ortiz was scheduled to be at our home the next day at 10 am and told us it would take 2 hours to complete the work. They called us at 8:30 am the next day to see if they could come early. We welcomed that since we had a full day of family events planned. They arrived at 9:15 and were done by 10:30 am. The door looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend Ortiz Garage Doors and Openers to friends.

Ortiz needs to stop fixing garage doors and start teaching service techs about customer service, he put on a show of how it should be done. Same day service, I called him at 11:00 he showed up at 1:00, ON TIME! My door (spring) was fixed by 1:45, it was like I had a stopwatch and said go! The only CON I would have is I can’t call him for everything that breaks around my house, He was very professional and now I have his sticker on my door; he’ll always get the call now.

Ortiz garage was fantastic. I gave a very unique farage situation. When our garage motor went out 2 years after purchasing our home we bought a new motor. The surprise came when we realized the contractors that built the house took a major short cut when putting up studs in the ceiling of the garage. Instead the put one piece of drywall on top of another so there was literally no support. After simply rigging it we had a rude sealing when half way fell down.

Ortiz garage came out within 24 hours of my call. They nor only fixed the problem buy made certain it would never happen again. They put anchors in the ceiling that spread out to attach to the drywall. Thru hold a tremendous amount of weight, way more than necessary. The did a double check and a unique example to show me just how string the anchors were. Mr. Ortiz also arrived on site with his staff and personally walked me through the job that was done. At the end he gave me a fair price and thanked me for my business. I can't say enough about Ortiz garage. Before you call someone else, call them!!!
