have 2 games going to work the ones do will not give the tickets out and if you ask the person at the front desk they don't do anything about it neither to give you the tickets money.waste of money and time I would not recommend.

This place is very friendly and absolutely cares about kids. The woman at the front counter was so wonderful. She saw that my daughter was crying because she did not have nearly enough tickets to get a stuffed snake. The woman asked me why my daughter was crying and I told her. The woman, without hesitation, gave my daughter the snake. LazerMaxx is my lasertag destination.

I went there with my 8 year old and some of his friends, they had an unbelievable time. The only problem is now he wants to go every day. Great place to bring the kids when it's cold!

We had a birthday party at LaserMaxx and the staff was great and accomodating. The facilities are nicer than the the laser tag places in Aurora and Naperville. I would definitely book a party there again.

The woman at the front counter is not friendly not even to the kids. A little expensive for what they have. The place is clean and nice the laser tag arena is great, but not sure we would go back due to the lack of friendliness.
