My furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year (below zero) and had expected to have to wait for someone to either call me back & someone to come out to take a look at it and hopefully get it taken care of. I had already been without heat since the evening before & I was freezing & bundled up & hoped for the best. I left a voice message and a nice guy called me back within the hour. They were able to get someone out right away which made me happy. They scheduled a time they would be out & they were very prompt. They were able to diagnose the situation and happen to have the part in their service vehicle and my furnace was up and running with heat within the hour. Brent was professional and I was happy with their service. I would highly recommend Countryview Heating & Cooling and will definitely use them again in the future.

Purchased my furnace and air conditioner from Country View 7 years ago. I was referred to Country View by my father, who was an excellent judge of character. Recently I was talked into maintenance service contract. $160.00 yearly for both units $13.33 paid out monthly. I am so glad I did, recently I had a service call for a repair to the air conditioner because of the contract there wasn't a service call fee and a 15% discount. We recently needed to have several repairs to both our hot water heater and heating units. After contacting Countryview, they came out in such a timely manner. The staff went above and beyond in every aspect!!! He was very friendly, curtious, professional,and very affordable. These are all very important for many reasons, but with having small children in the home, I truly was comfortable and at ease with this company. I will ONLY trust Countryview Heating and Cooling to make repairs in my home from this moment on and recommend them to everyone.
