We had our driveway seal coated in the fall and they had no problem doing it for us. Come mid winter we noticed our seal coat was coming off in chunks! We called in the spring to tell them that it didn't last a year and we wanted to have it redone. They replied with that well we had it applied in the fall and it probably wasn't the best time to do it! Seriously?! If they weren't comfortable applying the seal coat and taking our money then they should of told us! We did not accept that answer because it is ridiculous! We have called many times giving us the run around saying they would stop by and take a look at our driveway and the owner would handle this personally. Well they never showed and have now been dodging our phone calls and texts. Our driveway is not big at all and it would not put them out of business to redo their horrible work. Seal coat should last more than six months! The professionalism of this company is sad and they do not stand by their work. We reported them to the better business bureau and they are also dodging them too. I would never recommend them for any type of job. Not unless you want poor quality work done.
