I've had this company do work for me before. Before it was mediocre, but fine I guess. They replaced one thing and then said another thing was bad and then another and it was a hefty bill overall. A year later (and my unit did have a problem) another part went bad that had been replaced the year before. The owner came out and quoted me an entire system for about $6,000. He didn't test anything really said this and that could be bad and charged me and left. I called another company and they came out, tested my components, found there was a clog in the water system which was what fried my components a year before. So this other company got me back and going the next day for less than $300. I will never call Long's Allied again.
