AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS!!! I took my 5 month old Polaris ATV in for what should have been a warranty repair, however, the manager, Don Foster, thought it would be a better business practice to lie to me. He first told me the repair was not covered under the warranty and when I continued to question him on this, he then told me that the ETC switch was not properly set up by the dealer I bought the ATV from. I then paid the bill to get my ATV back and followed up with the dealer I bought

it from. That dealer informed me that the ETC switch is "factory installed option and is not touched by the dealer." I then confirmed this with another dealer. The 2 dealers also confirmed that the adjustment is a warranted fixed and should have been covered. When I contacted Mr. Foster about this information, he never denied that he lied and seemed content that he did. He then proceeded to hang up on me twice and the third time I called back, he had the person who answered tell me he was busy. I am furious at how I was treated over $54 and will do what I can to warn people of how Mr. Foster runs the AHW in Elburn.
