I worked in the kitchen washign dishes for two days and couldnt take it anymore. The owner hires anyone that shows up for work. Noone washes their hands when preparing the food. The hand washing station is completely inoperable. The walk in freezer has pre-made food ready for cooking in trays that lay directly on the floor where people walk and uncovered. Disgusting!
