Waiting time was specified as 20 -30 minutes. No one in line and scripts were still not ready into overtime. Was told 15 more minutes. Employees walking around in ile while we continued to wait. Previously, pharmacy attending picked up the item from the shelf and revealed to me that they actually carried the item, after he said they did not have it. Young worker.
