All the Walgreen drug stores in the El Paso area give the worst service of all pharmacies. I've changed stores several times because of this. Just when I think the new store will be better, I run into some kind of service problem. They take too long to fill prescriptions, they have long lines both through the drive through and inside the store, and they are NOT willing to help the customer. I've not been the only person who has had this problem. I once heard a lady telling the technition that they had given her the wrong medicine and that it had taken too long to get it in the first place. When I had a bad cold and was running a fever, I was told it would take about four to six hours to fill my prescription! That is when I went to the Albertsons Sav-On Pharmacy, They were able to fill my prescription within 15 min. and were very helpful and friendly. It appeared they were concerned for the way I was feeling!
Just because they are open 24 hours at some stores and have the medication most of the time does not give them the right to mistreat their customers and be unsimpathetic to them when they need their medication! IF PEOPLE DIDN'T NEED MEDICINE WHERE WOULD THEY BE?
