Vet asked me to promote business by word of mouth and handing out his business cards. Here it is: Awful. It is like a butcher shop with your pet taking a number going down a line. Do not bring your fur babies here.

See my review below. Also if you notice, all of their “5 Star” reviews are coincidentally posted days within each other. This is another huge red flag to avoid this place.

Red flags all over the place.

Went to get my 1 year old male dog neutered, appt was set at 7 am. This was the appt time for 15 other people as well. The purpose of this was to have a full lobby for the vet to give a sales speech about how great his practice is and tell us all as a group how to care for our dogs instead of taking the time to do it individually. He then handed out business cards.
He kept apologizing for the A/C not working and the office temp being 35 Celsius (95 Fahrenheit). These are unsafe conditions to keep a pet and operate on them. From the lobby a warehouse type room can be seen full of kennels and staff folding towels on an old wooden table. This place is not sterile.
The staff at the front went over prices and hinted at additional charges that may or may not be necessary if the "vet feels that they are." Meaning that they can charge and you wouldn't know if your pet got whatever you were charged for.

After seeing all of this I paid $35 to cancel the visit and get my dog back before they could touch him. When I got him back he was burning hot.
If you love your pets do not risk them getting ill here.

Their prices are just wonderful, truly affordable. Not only have I had dogs and cats spayed and neutered there, but I also regularly take my animals in for their shots, nail trims, and other routine procedures. They also handle my "part-bobcat", because he's wild. They have to put him to sleep to shave his rectal area, because it gets matted. They are very good and gentle with all the animals.

When I got my cats fixed at Spay and Neuter Clinic, I could really tell that Dr. Snyder and his staff really cared about the animals, and weren't just trying to extract excessive money from us. Also, their prices are very reasonable for their services. I've been to a lot of vets. So I know how some of them are very greedy, but not El Paso Spay and Neuter. They are great!

The doctor, staff, and everyone at this clinic was phenomenal. I had my puppy and my daughter and was having a hard time getting them out to the car. Not only the staff, but the doctor himself help me get the puppy and my daughter in the car and waited until I left. He was very informed about my puppy and I would definitely recommend this Clinic to anyone

Dr. Synder, his wife, as well as the rest of the staff are simply amazing! I got my dog spayed, microchipped, and a routine dental cleaning all for a great price! All of these services cost less than what many other clinics quoted me just for the spaying procedure, not including anesthesia. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

They attended to me very quickly...even the doctor! Very friendly staff, great, low prices. All around, a great experience. So now I take All my cats there on a regular basis.

Dr. Snyder is just really an Awesome doctor. And his entire staff is equally nice! If I had not moved back to Missouri, we would still be taking our pets to Spay and Neuter Clinic on Airway. It's really a great vet!

I was just AMAZED at how much I saved! Their costs for a Spay or Neuter is 3 times less than what I have paid at other places. They're doing a great service to this city. And their staff is great too. I only post reviews when a business is REALLY special!

I have 4 dogs, and have been been taking them to The Spay and Neuter Clinic for about 2 years now. They have an excellent staff, treat my pets great, and are my regular veterinary clinic. I highly recommend them!

The entire staff at Spay and Neuter is AMAZING, Just AWESOME. They were very gentle with my dog, and I always bring him in for all his shots. They are an incredible staff!

I know a good vet when I see one, and Spay and Neuter of El Paso is among the very best!. I can't remember her name, but the lady at the front was extremely helpful. In fact the entire staff was really great. They treated my my cats with the best care. If I lived in that part of El Paso, I would definitely have them as my regular veterinarian.

My lovely kitten Salem and I were treated with the best care I could have asked for. It's very hard nowadays to find such excellent customer care and professionalism. The prices are excellent, staff was extremely friendly and helpful and Dr.Snyder was friendly and detail oriented and organized. Will tell all my friends and family to support the Spay and Neuter clinic in El. Paso Tx.
