I came in to exchange an android charger that supposedly came with a lifetime warranty. In my opinion these idiots dicked me around for forty five minutes before informing me that the warranty was only 14 days. I had purchased the charger at Christmas and paid twice as much as I would have at Wal-Mart because I was told it had a lifetime warranty and that it would be linked to my phone number. Furthermore, the employees were very patronizing calling everybody "Bro" or "Chief" or "Boss" instead of Sir or Mr. I have dealt with other T- Mobile stores and have always been treated respectfully and in a timely fashion. We have five phones and we certainly will not be renewing our contract. I highly recommend going to any other T mobile store before coming here. Because it sucks and I believe they're Douche bags
